Gary Talmadge, founder of Talmadge Commercial Insurance Agency, brings decades of executive leadership, sales, marketing, and risk management experience to the insurance industry. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a background in Marketing and Finance, Gary built a successful career holding senior leadership positions within nationally recognized beverage distribution organizations, including serving as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for an Anheuser-Busch distributor and General Manager for a MillerCoors distributor.

In 2006, Gary expanded into the insurance industry by opening the Florida office of Commercial Insurance Solutions, where he further developed his expertise in commercial and personal risk management. He later founded Talmadge Commercial Insurance Agency in 2010 with a commitment to delivering personalized service, strategic insurance solutions, and long-term client relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and experience.

Gary specializes in working with commercial real estate owners, developers, business owners, commercial and residential contractors, investors, and high-value residential clients, many of whom own properties and assets across multiple states. He is known for helping clients strategically manage both their personal and commercial insurance portfolios under one experienced advisory team, creating a comprehensive approach to long-term risk management, asset protection, and coverage coordination.

As Vice President and Director of Operations at Talmadge Commercial Insurance Agency, Beth Talmadge brings extensive leadership, operational, sales, and marketing experience to the agency. With a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and business development, 

Beth oversees agency operations, strategic initiatives, marketing, organizational management, and the systems that support the agency’s continued growth and client service experience.

Beth plays an important role in maintaining the professionalism, responsiveness, and operational efficiency that clients have come to expect from Talmadge Commercial Insurance Agency. Her focus on organization, communication, branding, and long-term business development helps support the agency’s commitment to delivering customized insurance solutions and exceptional service.

Her leadership behind the scenes continues to strengthen the agency’s reputation as a trusted advisor for comprehensive risk management and asset protection. 

 Erik Luedeking has become an integral part of the Talmadge Commercial Insurance Agency team, helping lead the continued growth and development of the agency’s residential division while also supporting commercial insurance operations. Based in St. Petersburg, Florida, Erik has been with the agency for the past two years, bringing a strong client-focused approach and a passion for building long-term relationships.

Erik earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Dayton. His background in sales, communication, and relationship management continues to strengthen the personalized service experience our clients value.

He works closely with clients to develop customized personal and commercial insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs and long-term goals.

With 5+ years of valuable experience from the digital marketing industry and her role as a business consultant at a leading consulting firm, she holds degrees in Communications and Business .

In her role, Kennedy develops and executes innovative digital marketing campaigns tailored to the insurance sector, enhancing client awareness and engagement. Her contributions have significantly strengthened the agency's brand presence and reinforced its commitment to exceptional client service.
